It’s 26-0 in 2012 for Vika and it seems it is not going to stop… well…
Today she was very closed not only to lose.. but to be badly trashed. Vika was 6-1 5-1 down in a very depressing match that eventually turned to be an epic!
The Belarus’ ‘never give up’ attitude did not let her down again. While being on the brink she fought back to win 5 straight incredible games to then win the tie break at 7! The Belarus then won the decider 7-5 confirming that she is not only bloody good…. she is damn damn strong!!!
The Williams had also a fine day. Venus keeps on impressing defeating Ana Ivanovic 6-7 (4) 6-2 6-2 and Serena avenged her US Open final demise beating Sam Stosur 7-5 6-3.
