Well Roger is not there, but this (may be) would not have been a big problem for Rafa that has a clear upperhand on the Swiss on the clay.
But…there in Novak, and this is bad news for the Spanish super star.
Monte-Carlo is his Novak’s new home, he knows and loves the place, he has many friends here and… ah .. yes… he knows very well how to play Rafa on every surface (!!!)
Nadal here looks unstoppable. He says that he likes here because he can smell and see the coast and he knows that his dear home Manacor is not that far. And.. of course.. he also like it because he is winning this tournament since 2004 (a good reason to!).
Last year Rafa was unstoppable again to defeat Ferrer 6-4 7-5 in slight more than 2 hours (video above)
This Year? Will Novak stop him?
