Tough days ahead for Andrea.
The German suffered from a horrible injury when she was playing against Victoria Azarenka in Stuttgart fighting for the second set. (see video above 12th second).
After the MRI it was clear that Andrea had a tear of the ligaments at her right ankle.
The German was already struggling beacuse of another injury to her lower back and to the right knee.
Time to take a pause for the good.
