Nadal and Monaco are unseeded in the doubles draw, but everybody was expecting them to reach at least the final… and they did it in style.
Rafa and Pico got to the final without dropping a single set. In the semis they defeated Berloq and Mayer 6-3 6-4 in just 76 minutes.
In the final they are going to play against the Italian double Lorenzi/Starace that defeated Kuznetsov and Sa 5-7 6-3 11-9.
