This could have been a nightmare for Serena that suffered from a bad defeat in this year’s Australian Open from another interesting new coming player (Sloane Stephens). This wasn’t the case.
Serena got he lead in no time to quicly win the match and concede only 3 games to the 19 years old. Serena ended the match blasting 6 aces and winning 60 points vs. Garcia’s 32 (a complete domination).
