Cori Gauff and Caty McNally are great friends and they have been practicing for the entire duration of the quarantine in Melbourne. Like many other players, they love to have some fun during their training and then they went for this quirky and hilarious dance after their practice.

Ranked no.48, the American played her last match on the 9^th of January when she capitulated to Maria Sakkari 7-5 6-2 in the 2^nd round in Abu Dhabi (draw).

Ranked no.122, Caty played her last match on the 12^th of January when she surrendered to Harmony Tan 6-1 6-4 in the qualifications of the Australian Open Qualifying (draw).

This year Caty has an overall 1-1 match record.

Cori Gauff and Caty McNally clashed against each other just on 1 occasion. Their current record is 1-0 for Gauff. When they played, Cori Gauff won 3-6 6-3 6-4 in the 1^st round in Miami (Miami Open) in March 2019.
