Sampras says that Djokovic can equal his record as world no.1 for 6 years

Nole is on a mega roll! After winning Monte Carlo and stopping the 8 years reign of Rafa in the Principality the Serb looks more and more invincible.

From Pete

Pete Sampras was quite impressed by his run to comment to tennis.com “I do think Djokovic can remain No. 1 for years. I was thinking about that when he won Monte Carlo,”

He could stay number one for quite a while, five or six years in a row. Realistically, if he stays healthy, he could very well do it.”

This was quite a strong remark as Pete is holding the record for being for 6 consecutive years at the top of the rankings (talking about the year end). So Pete thinks that nole can equal this monstrous record.

Can he make it? Sure!
