AUSTRALIAN OPEN ENTRY LIST. Federer is still included. Djokovic, Nadal, Thiem the favorites

Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Dominic Thiem are the top favorites to win the Autralian Open. Roger Federer still part of the entry list.

Australian Open Entry List

The Australian Open has been scheduled to be played from the 8th of February because of the Coronavirus pandemic. One of the hot topics is if Roger Federer will manage to get fit for the year’s first slam. The Swiss sensation had to undergo 2 injuries to his knee in 2020, and at 39 years of age, it is not clear the recovery time of his body.

However, the Swiss legend is currently in Dubai for his pre-season training, and the postponement of the major was good news for him as he will have more time to build up his fitness.

The Entry List

As of now, Roger is still part of the entry list. Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, and Dominic Thiem are considered the top favorites to win the event. Andy Murray (ranked no.122) is not part of the entry list, but it is almost a given that he will be granted a wildcard.
