The Japanese sensation is considered as one of the strongest voices to support the “Black Lives Matter” movement. Naomi’s mighty opinions received a lot of favorable comments. However, according to reports, some sponsors felt a bit awkward about her activism and she was also the target of some haters.

Nevertheless, Naomi admitted that while in the past she was struggling in dealing with harsh comments, she is now getting used to the haters.

“I used to be really upset at hate comments, but I realized you must operate at a completely different mindset to come on the internet and be negative about someone you (probably) never met. I’m glad I can’t understand where you’re coming from. Keep that all the way over there.”
