Stefanos Tsitsipas is one of the most talented and fittest tennis players in the world. The Greek sensation is always focused on adding new things to his tennis while making his body as strong as possible. Tsitsipas is used to train at the Patrick Mouratoglou Tennis Academy where he can rely on a great pool of expertise as well as rather good facilities.
Stefanos gives great importance to the training and balancing as shown by his father Apostolos on Instagram. In this video, Tsitsipas is practicing his balancing while trying to stay on one leg at a time.
Stefanos also spends a lot of time at the gym, where he has been building his body doing all sorts of exercises. Keeping a good balance seems to be a key issue when working out. The Greek ace loves building up his cardio at the track. He is quite keen on doing some training blocks at the Stade Didier Deschamps.
