Jannik Sinner and Vasek Pospisil are going to clash against each other for the first time in their career in the final in Sofia. Both players have never won an ATP title on the main tour in singles and therefore we will have a new champion after Sunday.
The Italian sensation is still 19 and he is widely considered the favorite to conquer the final. Jannik keeps on impressing with his maturity and how he can manage his matches especially when things get tricky. After his victorious semifinal against Adrian Mannarino, Sinner sounded rather confident after the match to comment:
“It is nice to be in the final, playing one more match which, for me, is the most important. Today I felt quite well on court and it is good for me to play my first final this year. I am looking forward to tomorrow.”
