Belinda Bencic didn’t have a very hectic season. The Swiss sensation has played only 16 matches as she practically decided not to compete anymore when tennis was back after the first wave of the pandemic. Belinda played only 1 match in Rome where she scored just 4 games in her opening match against Danka Kovinic.
However, Belinda decided to take a break and fly to the Maldives with her boyfriend Martin Hromkovic that is her fitness trainer. Martin is 15 years older than Belinda and he used to be a soccer player.
Bencic seems to enjoy her vacation a lot to post some lovely pictures on Instagram.

Now the world no.12, the Swiss played her last match on the 16th of September when she was overcome by Danka Kovinic 6-3 6-1 in the 2nd round in Rome.
