Belinda Bencic decided to take a rather prolonged break after losing in Rome in the middle of September. The Swiss sensation was among the players that were extremely scared to play during the pandemic. Therefore, she played only 16 matches during this strange season. Eventually, she competed only in 1 match in Rome when the tours were back. In Italy, she lost to Danka Kovinic 6-3 6-1. That was game over for Belinda that will be back to competitions only on the occasion of the Australian Summer.
Belinda’s best results of the season are reaching the quarters in Adelaide, St. Petersburg and Doha.
In the meantime, Balinda is enjoying a fantastic vacation in the Maldives to post some pictures of her flaunting her fitness in bikini at the beach.

Currently ranked no.12, Belinda played her last match on the 16th of September when she was defeated by Danka Kovinic 6-3 6-1 in the 2nd round in Rome.
