On Sunday there was the clash of the number no1 as Nole was taking on Sam Querrey, the top American player. On paper Nole was the overwhelming favorite, but he suffered from an injury to his ankle in the first set.
After a scaring moment for him and his team, Nole managed to play on to win the match in 4 sets. The last two sets were just bout Nole’s domination as the Serb dropped just a game to bagel Sam in the last set when he won 25 points out of 32.
