Naomi Osaka is taking a rather nice and prolonged rest after an intense month in New York. The Japanese sensation reached the final at the Western & Southern Open before retiring because of her hamstring problem. Then Naomi managed to find some form to win the US Open after an incredible fortnight. The world no.3 achieved all of this while carrying strong support for the black community that would have distracted anyone. However, she still found the strengths to stay strong and conquer the major.
Unfortunately, Naomi had to pull out from the clay-court season to recover from her injury. She spent some time in Haiti to look at her foundation and do some shooting for a Netflix docuseries.
