Nick Kyrgios didn’t really play too much this year and it seems that the season is already over for him. The Australian ace played just 9 matches this year. 4 matches at the ATP Cup, 4 more at the Australian Open when he lost to Rafael Nadal in the 4th round. Then Nick went to Acapulco with the intent of defending his title, but eventually he withdrew as early as in the 1st round after she was trailing 3-6 against Ugo Humbert.
Nick didn’t have any intention of playing competitions during the global pandemic and he didn’t bother to play again after the resumption of the tours. Instead, the 25-year-old opted to spend as much time as he could with his new girlfriend Chiara Passari. As per his own words, Nick has found happiness after dating Chiara. Currently the world no.43, Kyrgios played his last match on the 25th of February when he had to retire when playing against Ugo Humbert in the 1st round and the scoreline was 6-3 .
