Stefanos Tsitsipas And Rafael Nadal

Stefanos Tsitsipas is 2 steps away from winning the Roland Garros, but these 2 steps are gigantic. The Greek sensation will have to face Novak Djokovic in the semifinal that has never lost a single match this season with the exception of when he defaulted at the recent US Open.

If Stefanos wins, there are strong possibilities that he will face Rafael Nadal in the final. The Spaniard is the obvious favorite in the other semifinal against Diego Schwartzman even if the Argentine beat him recently in Rome.

Tsitsipas can beat Djokovic and Nadal

Tennis legend John McEnroe has high hopes for the Greek sensation to break the dominance of the big3 finally. Recently, John stressed the fact that since Stefanos reached the Australian Open semifinal, we all have been waiting for him to win his first major.

Talking about Djokovic playing Carreno-Busta in the quarters, McEnroe stressed the fact that the big difference between Stefanos Tsitsipas and the Spaniard is that the top guys such as Novak and Rafael Nadal are well aware that they can lose with the Greek ace.

“Carreno Busta is the type of player that the top guys measure their games against. They don’t feel like they should lose to them. Tsitsipas is a different story,” said Mc Enroe.
