Bianca Andreescu, Dayana Yastremska, Amanda Anisimova and Cori Gauff are the top 4 under 21 in the WTA rankings.

It’s interesting to notice that Andreescu keeps her world no.7 rank even if she hasn’t played a single match this year following the Coronavirus pandemic and her series of injuries to her knee and foot. However, Bianca managed to stay up in the rankings as the WTA had to adopt a new system to counter the problems that many players had to compete after the tours restarted.

Ranked world no.28, Dayana played her last match on the 18th of September when she lost to Simona Halep 7-5 6-4

in the 3rd round in Rome.

Dayana Yastremska’s best accomplishment of this season was getting to the final in Adelaide.

Amanda Anisimova in 2020

At the moment ranked no.29, Anisimova played her last match on the 20th of September when she surrendered to Jil Belen Teichmann 6-2 6-3 in the 1st round in Strasbourg.

Cori Gauff in 2020

Ranked no.51, the American played her last match on the 17th of September when she lost to Garbine Muguruza 7-63 3-6 6-3 in the 2nd round in Rome.
