Amanda Anisimova will always have a lot of mixed feelings during the US Open in the future. Unfortunately, the American sensation lost her beloved father and longtime coach Konstantinov right before the American slam in 2019 and Amanda’s birthday is also during the US Open (31st of August).
Last year Anisimova was so devastated by the loss of her father to decide to skip the US Open and practically the rest of the season.
