Unfortunately, Novak Djokovic is currently in New York where he is playing the Us Open without the presence of his lovely family. Nole’s wife Jelena stayed in Europe with their children. Jelena posted a lovely message wishing a happy birthday to her daughter Tara that has just turned 3. Jelena wrote (translated)
“Thank you for choosing us, my dear joy ❤️ happy 3rd birthday. Thank you for choosing us my angel! Happy birthday”
Novak and his family
Djokovic loves spending as much time as he can with Jelena, his son Stefan and daughter Tara. One of his favorite locations is Marbella, where he has the opportunity to see his brothers Marko and Djordje. Novak spent the first part of the pandemic in the Spanish city to be back right before the US Open.
Currently, Novak is about to face Kyle Edmund in the 2nd round of the Us Open. They played each other 6 times. The head to head is 5-1 for Djokovic. The last time that they locked horns, Novak Djokovic won 7-67 6-1 in the 3rd round in Paris (BNP Paribas Masters) in October 2019.
