Aslan Karatsev crushes Steven Diez 6-1 6-2 in the 2nd round in the Prague II Challenger on Tuesday after playing a marvellous match to fight against Ernests Gulbis in the 3rd round.

Karatsev had a head start at the beginning of the set to break Diez in the 2nd game (2-0) before consolidating his break and lead 4-0. Nonetheless, there was more to do for the Russian to win the set as Steven found the way to break back in the 5th (1-4) game. Aslan maintained his focus to break the Canadian in the 6th (5-1) game before conquering the set (6-1).
