Raonic to try to win his 3rd consecutive title in San Jose

Great expectations for the Canadian.

Milos didn’t start the year as he wished. He Lost in Brisbane to Dimitrov in straight sets in the quarters, then he lost to both Hewitt and Fognini in Kooyong exhibition. Finally he lost in 3 straight sets to King Roger in Melbourne. He definitely wants more.

So the Canadian will try to raise to his high expectations starting from San Jose where he is a double champion (2011 and 2012) and he want to get the third one also this year.

“I don’t think people can say really too often that they’ve gone sort of undefeated at one event,” said Raonic. “It would be something pretty awesome to be able to do that. It’s a long way, but I feel ready and I just have to keep focusing on it and make the most of those opportunities.”

So far Milos has won 3 titles (two in San Jose and one last year in Chennai) and he reached 3 finals (last year in Tokyo and Memphis, in 2011 in Memhpis again).

He will go for the 4th title in California, but sooner or later he has also to find his best tennis on outdoor courts.
