Novak Djokovic was overly criticized for the disgraced Adria Tour, but it’s important not to forget his continuous commitment to helping the people in need. As reported by Serbian outlet telegraf.rs, alongside businessman Miodrag Kostic, the Serbian sensation has helped to finance a private flight to bring little Sofija Markuljević to the US. Sofia is suffering from spinal muscular atrophy and she needs to go to the US where she will receive a treatment whose cost is a mindblowing $2.4 million.

Djokovic has a very active Foundation hat is managed by her lovely wife Jelena that is extremely active especially to help kids. Novak has impressed during the Coronavirus pandemic with his donations. He gave surprised also for donating a substantial amount of money to a hospital located in the North of Italy without even announcing it to the press.
Djokovic will be back in competitions in August as he will play in New York the Western & Southern Open before the US Open hoping to increase his slam tally to 18.
