Novak Djokovic is once again slammed for something related to the Coronavirus. The Serbian sensation was heavily criticized for organizing the Adria Tour that ended badly after some players and team members resulted infected by the Coronavirus. Novak Djokovic had all the best intentions, but not using the masks and the complete lack of social distancing spurred criticism. Fortunately, Djokovic was defended by many of his colleagues and friends saying that this indiscriminate attack to the Serbian champion was too much.

Novak Djokovic in Marbella

Novak is currently in Marbella with his wife Jelena and children. However, it seems that some media are taking on the world no.1 once again. The Daily Mail published an article stressing that Novak Djokovic was not wearing the mask while walking in Marbella. The outlet stressed that “the government of Andalusia (the region of Marbella) ordered that face masks must be worn indoors, at the beach and at swimming pools, with a fine of €100 (£91) given to those who don’t comply.

However, from the published pictures, it seems as Djokovic was walking without a mask, but he wasn’t (yet) at the beach or at a swimming pool, so probably he didn’t break any law.

Djokovic, his wife Jelena and the Coronavirus

Unfortunately, Novak and his wife Jelena were found positive to the Coronavirus after the Adria Tour. After self-isolating, both tested negative. After apologizing, Djokovic admitted that he learned the lesson, so it’s improbable that he will be caught willingly breaking any rule related to the Coronavirus.
