Some tournament directors are well-known to be quite hands-on. In Charleston the local tournament director, Bob Moran went to an all-new level.
According to reports, Bob decided to be a “ball man” as a local was played until the late hours and the kids were sent home while Sofia Kenin and Bethanie Mattek-Sands were playing double against Vika Azarenka and Maddison Keys.
Therefore, Bob decided to make the move with the umpires! This is what is happening during these weird times.
