Nick Kyrgios has played only 9 matches this year so far and it seems that he is not very happy to add any in the next few months. The erratic Australian has clearly expressed on social media his lack of interest for the current exhibitions and tennis in general to tweet
“I’m just not on board with new tennis events and sport going on in general with everything that’s going on at the moment.”
Later, the world no.40 took a dig at the US Open saying that it’s “selfish” to organize the slam to tweet:
“Selfish. I’ll get my hazmat suit ready for when I travel from Australia and then have to quarantine for 2 weeks on my return.”
However, Nick admitted that he has been training, but he said that he was getting ready for… “nothing.”
