Proud Djokovic shows the beautiful Belgrade to Thiem and Zverev

Novak Djokovic has organized the Adria Tour to sign some top players and friends as Dominic Thiem, Alexander Zverev, and Grigor Dimitrov.

This tour is an opportunity for both restarting tennis and also for Nole to show the world how nice is Belgrade and the other places in the Balkans where the tour will be staged.

Novak went himself on the tarmac to welcome Sascha Zverev and Dominic Thiem. He organized a lovely soccer match with the players and he didn’t miss the chance to show them around the beautiful Belgrade.

Novak posted a lovely post with Dominic Thiem and Sascha Zverev while expressing his happiness of having them around.

“Quite grateful to welcome my friends to my city. Feels good to have an opportunity to show them where I come from, the beauty of this place and our people 🙂 By the smiles on their faces at the end of our players’ dinner, I guess it was “not too bad” right?” he posted.

Dominic Thiem’s most significant performance of the year was getting to the final at the Australian Open.

Novak Djokovic and Dominic Thiem played each other 11 times. The head to head is 7-4 for Djokovic. The last time that they locked horns, Novak Djokovic won 6-4 4-6 2-6 6-3 6-4 in the final in Melbourne (Australian Open) on the 2^nd of February 2020.

Ranked world no.7, Alexander played his last match on the 26^th of February when he was defeated by Tommy Paul 6-3 6-4 in the 2^nd round in Acapulco.

Alexander Zverev’s most significant accomplishment of this season was reaching the semi-finals at the Australian Open.
