At 16 years of age, Coco Gauff is already one of the most dangerous tennis players on tour. The teenager has the maturity and the firepower to beat everyone in the world and she has already shown her potential after reaching the 2nd week in Wimbledon (2010) and at the Australian Open (2020) when she was 15. Coco conquered also her maiden title in Linz last year in October.

Coco’s potential was pretty clear already when she was a junior after beating her dear friend Cathy McNally 1-6 6-3 7-61 when she was just14. Coco celebrated that moment on Instagram posting a couple of nice pictures.
As soon as Coco won the title she posted the following message on Instagram.
“It has been an incredible experience here in Paris winning my first junior grand slam. Thank you God for allowing me to have such an unforgettable week. Thanks to everyone who supported me during this tournament. I can’t wait to be back for many more years to come❤️.”

Currently the world no.52, Gauff played her last match on the 26th of January when she was overcome by Sofia Kenin 6-75 6-3 6-0 in the 4th round of the Australian Open.
