Roger and Nole have huge respect for each other's career.

Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer have been fighting for many many years for the most important titles in the world. Even if there has been some friction between the two especially at the beginning of Djokovic’s career, they have never been shy in acknowledging each other’s success.

It was memorable Nole’s speech after he defeated Federer in the 2014 Wimbledon final when the Serbian he huge respect he has for Roger’s career.

“He’s a magnificent champion and a great, an example of a great athlete and a role model for many kids so.  I respect your career and everything you have done,” he said.

 

The world no.1 has just turned 33 and Roger appeared in a video when he was congratulating Djokovic for his incredible run that brought him to have 17 slams and counting.

“He just keeps on winning. That’s what he’s been doing. Not just once in a while, but week in week out,” Roger commented.
