Djokovic Dimitrov Thiem Adria Tour

A few weeks ago, Novak Djokovic predicted that in the following weeks, there will be a series of unofficial tennis competitions at regional level, and this is what it has been happening right now. In the US, some top players as Reilly Opelka, Alison Riske, Danielle Collins and Amanda Anisimova have been taking part to the UTR Pro Match Series, in Europe Dustin Brown was the big star at an event in Germany (the Exo Tennis Series), and in the South of France top players such as David Goffin, Fabio Fognini, and Lucas Pouille will face off in the Ultimate Tennis Showdown in June.

The Adria Tour

Noval Djokovic, Dominic Thiem, and Grigor Dimitrov agreed to play the Adria Tour that is an event that will be held in the Balkans. The Adria Tour will take place in 5 locations as follows:

SERBIA – Belgrade: 13-14 June
CROATIA – Zadar: 20-21 June
MONTENEGRO: 27-28 June
BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA – Banja Luka 3-4 July

The tour will end with an exhibition match between Novak Djokovic and Damir Dzumhur in Sarajevo on the 5th of July.

It was Novak Djokovic to announce the tour on social media posting the following message:

“I’m proud to officially share the news that the #AdriaTour will be held across the Balkans 13 June – 5 July kicking off with a tournament in Belgrade.
