Eugenie Bouchard is one of the most admired tennis personalities in the world and a fan agreed to pay $85,000 for a date (and other things) with the Canadian sensation.
Genie launched a fantastic initiative opening a bid offering a great package for the winner with all money used for charity going directly to Feeding America, Meals On Wheels, World Central Kitchen and No Kid Hungry.
This is the package:
- Winner and one (1) guest get a three (3) night stay in a double bed hotel room
- Winner and one (1) guest will get seats in the player’s box next to Genie’s team and coach
- Winner and one (1) guest will go to ANY tournament of their choice to watch Genie Bouchard
- Winner and one (1) guest will have a dinner with Genie
- Round-trip flight for two (2) included
The starting bid was of $2,500 and even Genie was surprised by the result.
