Maria Sharapova and Novak Djokovic enjoy a special relationship. The Serbian sensation loves having fun with the Rusian and they had many funny moments together also during events hosted by their racket provider HEAD.
Nole and Maria had the great idea of having an online chat for the delight of their fans. During their talks, Maria explained why she decided to retire and the struggles she was having with her body.
“To be honest, I was very stubborn in the past couple of years with my body… I struggled a lot with it because I kept thinking that it would a hurdle I could pass, and I could get better,” she admitted.
Maria announced her retirement in February.
