VIDEO. Sharapova flaunts incredible fitness also after retirement

Sharapova training at home

Maria Sharapova has retired from professional tennis in February after a fantastic career. However, the Russian beauty didn’t give up with being in top form and she keeps on training even in her “tennis afterlife”.

Maria posted a nice video on Instagram showing some exercises that she is doing at home.

I think so šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø In full disclosure, I am not used to working out alone, without any guidance on the tiny form corrections or energy from trainers and athletes being in the same room. In the past 7 weeks Iā€™ve formed a good little routine at home with @tracyandersonmethodā€™s weekend lives ( because thereā€™s no excuse to be late or get distracted), a zoom live Ballet Beautiful class with gfā€™s ( love the long and lean muscle focus) and the šŸ’¦ station of a Peloton ( I never thought Iā€™d do interval training ever again šŸš“šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤Æ). Listen, Iā€™d much rather eat all day buuuut letā€™s not forget our bodies need the extra discipline considering how active that pantry is atm šŸ˜ŸAnkle weights are @bala How are you staying in shape?? #donutstop
