Felix Auger Aliassime is trying to find a solution to get back to competitions in a way or another. The Canadian has announced that he has detached from the caring help of Tennis Canada to have his own team and programs. Felix is now residing in Monaco like many other athletes and he revealed that he wants to play in local competitions to stay active.

An obvious option would be to join Serena William’s coach (Patrick Mouratoglou) league: the Ultimate Tennis Showdown. That will be played on 5 weeks without fans at Patrick’s academy that is close to Monaco.

Felix commented: “I will first go home to Monaco and then see the availability and the competitions available to me and which remain in a safe environment.”

Talking about the Ultimate Showdown, the Canadian added: “It is one of the competitions that is on the list of possible competitions in the weeks and months to come.

But already, if I can go back to Monaco and train in acceptable conditions, then I can see which competitions I could play.”

Felix has already trained at Patrick’s facilities, so a good relationship is already there.
