VIDEO. Stefanos Tsitsipas already preparing for Wimbledon training on grass hoping that the Coronavirus will not wipe out the Championships

Stefanos Tsitsipas

Stefanos Tsitsipas is trying to adapt to this weird moment we are all going through because of the Coronavirus outbreak. The Greek sensation spent some time in the US before heading back to Europe. However, since the clay-court season was completely wiped-out, the next step (hopefully) will be the grass season. Therefore, Stefanos decided to head straight to the Queen’s Club in London to commence his training.

Even if the world no.6 has a tennis full of variations that should fit nicely to the grass, last year Stefanos had a rather disappointing run on this surface. Tsitsipas lost in his first match in both ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Wimbledon. At least, he got to the quarters at the Queen’s Club, but of course that is not enough for him. He will definitely try to achieve more this year if the grass season will still be on. Only 1 thing is sure now… Stefanos didn’t meet many people at the club.
