Stan Wawrinka

Stan Wawrinka is among the players that decided to head back home from the US after the Coronavirus disrupted the tour for a couple of months.

The ATP has suspended the tour for 6 weeks until the 27th of April and it’s time for the European players to go back to their country, stay with their family and probably prepare for the clay-court season.

The Swiss sensation tweeted:

“Leaving LA to head back home for a while. These are weird times and we have no idea what to expect next. I hope you are all staying safe!! I’m thinking of course a lot of all those in our world who have put months of work into events that are now cancelled & to the fans who were going to attend. These are hard times but we must all stay strong. LA you’ve been special this year”

Recently Novak Djokovic, Elina Svitolina, Gael Monfils, and Dayana Yastremska were among the top players that rushed back home to Europe.
