Roger is back! After his crazy, nice and super hectic tour in South America, the Swiss Maestro got his well deserved vacation in Dubai to then fly to Australia.
On his way he stopped in Singapore on the invitation of Credit Swiss as Roger is its ambassador. Even if Roger didn’t plan any public appearance, fans were jumping up and down to try to reach the Maestro. Many were exchanging some “Can’t beleive it, Federer is in Singapore” tweets.
About Roger’s preparation for Melbourne
Roger had an appearance at a Credit Swiss event (video above) and he left some comments about his preparation for the Australian Open.
He said: “I had a great season in 2012 and I’m not playing any leading up tournament because I thought practice is going to be very important for me in the upcoming year. I think it’s going to be an exciting Australian Open with many of the top players playing very well. Personally I hope I can play well there.”
Roger wishes to play in Singapore
On Facebook Roger says “I am enjoying my day in Singapore with Credit Suisse. I hope I can come back one day to play tennis in this amazing place!
That would be fantastic for the city-state!!!
