The 2008 Beijing gold medal seems to be trillions of miles away as something got a bit broken inside the Swiss team.
What happened before

Wawrinka was so furious after losing the 2nd set to badly tank in the third… something wasn’t right. It seems that Wawrinka had a huge extra motivation. Maybe the fact that he could deny Roger from achieving his record?

Talking about the hope Roger will chang idea, Stanislas said “I would of course be the first to be happy But I’m not naïve, as Roger says this for eight years. It is obviously not as important and not an objective. “
