Stefanos Tsitsipas has recently talked about having a burnout, but he keeps on adding tournaments to his schedules. Last year, the Greek competed in 27 tournaments without counting the team events and the exhibitions. This year, the world no.6 wants to go for more and he added the Estoril (he is the defending champion) to his busy schedule. Therefore, during the clay-court season, he will play back to back 5 tournaments in 5 weeks in Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Estoril, Madrid, and Rome. Then he will take 1 week off before competing in at the French Open.
Stefanos is currently in Rotterdam where he is seeded no.2 and he will face Hubert Hurkacz in the opening match.
