Bad news from Bianca Andreescu that after being out from the recent Fed Cup tie in Switzerland, she will not be able to compete in Dubai. The Canadian sensation is still recovering from the knee injury that she suffered back in November.
Bianca is still scheduled to play in Doha the week after Dubai, but there are many question marks remain about her overall condition. Andreescu will possibly try to be 100% ready at least for Indian Wells where she is the defending champion.
The Canadian had an outstanding season last year with a 48-7 win-loss record and after winning the titles in Indian Wells, Toronto and the US Open. She also demonstrated that when she is fully fit is one of the players to beat on the WTA circuit.
