Sania Mirza has a flair for business, and apparently also for coffee!
Ranked well above the top 250 players in singles and no.12 in doubles, Sania still makes a lot of headlines in India and outside the world and she is very capable of taking advantage of her charisma.
It seems that during her off time she will get some nice coffee at her shop that will be have a “soft opening” the 25th of December just before she will head to Australia for the Australian Open. “The official launch is probably in January. We are yet to finalise the date,” Sania’s father said.
Of course this is not going to be a one off, but the start of a franchise. Next shop should be opened in Visakhapatnam, then in the rest of South of India.
Time to take over from Starbucks? 😉
