Bianca Andreescu was considered one of the top favorites to win the upcoming Australian Open after the legendary Serena Williams. Unfortunately, the Canadian had to withdraw from the first slam of the year as she is still struggling with her knee injury. The teenager would have been able to play but she was lacking the proper preparation to compete in a major and therefore, Bianca and her team decided to play it safe.
