Alexander Zverev’s has been off to a bad start in the ATP Cup tournament. Already the German has faced back to back defeats to Alex de Minaur and Stefanos Tsitsipas. In his first match, the German lost 4-6,7-6(7-3), 6-2 to de Minaur. He went on to lose 6-1,6-4 to Stefanos Tsitsipas and to Denis Shapovalov 6-26-2. The 22-year-old is in Brisbane with his girlfriend, Brenda Patea. Ahead of the ATP Cup tournament, the two have been having some great fun in Australia. Just recently, Zverev’s girlfriend uploaded a picture of the two lovebirds having some good time in Brisbane.
Who is Brenda Patea?
Brenda Patea is the girlfriend of Alexander Sascha Zverev. The 26-year-old grew up in Berlin, where she developed into a reputable model. In fact, she featured in the 12th cycle of Germany’s Next Top Model reality show. She ended up finishing tenth overall in that modeling competition.
She is deemed as a hot prospect in Germany’s modeling field. Brenda clinched the McFit Models Award in 2017. Besides, last year she made an appearance at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, which is a red-carpet event.
How Sascha and Brenda met
Before Brenda Patea came along, Zverev was dating Olya Sharypova for about a year. Unfortunately, their union came to an end in April 2019. However, the reason for their break up still remains a secret, but it is rumored that it is because Zverev was linked to a couple of women. Though after their break up, Olya was present in the Shanghai Masters, where Zverev was a participant.
At the moment, the German tennis player is dating Brenda Patea, a German model. She is the one who confirmed that she and Zverev were in a relationship, during an interview RTL, a German television network. She admitted that the two first met at the Paris Masters in November 2019. To even confirm further that they were dating, Brenda Patea was spotted at the ATP World Tour Finals in London 2019.
