Team Canada confirms to be one of the strongest teams in the world with the presence of Denis Shapovalov and Auger Aliassime. The North American youngsters had a rather easy ride against Team Greece lead by Stefanos Tsitsipas to win 3-0.

This was probably the match of the day of the ATP Cup. Stefanos is well-known for struggling with the young Canadian. Team Canada will now clash against Team Australia in what will probably be the tie that will decide the leadership of the group. Team Greece will face off against Germany.
