Some might consider Nick Kyrgios as “the bad guy” of tennis, but he is showing once again that instead he has a great heart. The Australian sensation prompted the ATP to do something to help the people affected by the bushfire in Australian and he is doing something himself.

Nick announced that he will donate $200 for each ace that he will blast during the Australian summer. Given Nick’s huge serve he may give a substantial contribution. He posted: “I’m kicking off the support for those affected by the fires. I’ll be donating $200 per ace that I hit across all the events I play this summer.

#MoreToCome #StayTuned

Nick Kyrgios’ city, Canberra, is recording the worst air quality in the world because of the bushfire. At least 17 people are dead to date and the toll is widely expected to rise because many more are missing.

“For weeks we’ve been watching the devastation caused by bushfires across Australia and the people affected are constantly in our thoughts.
We want to help these communities in a meaningful way and will announce a number of fund raising and support initiatives that will be rolled out across the ATP Cup, Australian Open and our other events over the coming weeks.
Stay tuned for further announcements.”

It’s highly possible than an exhibition will be organized in the following days.
