MATCH-FIXING. 135 players involved and 1 top30 player. Regarding the names…

A big scandal is about to be unveiled in tennis

Trungelliti

Tennis hero, Marco Trungelliti, had a really tough time when he denounced an array of match-fixing back in 2015 when he was asked to lose a match at Futures level for up to $100,000. Marco has a great ethic and instead, he denounced the fact to the Tennis Integrity Unit (TIU) that lead to the ban of 3 fellow Argentinians.

Unfortunately, Trungelliti was isolated by some other tennis players especially in his own country for being honest while, using John McEnroe’s words, he deserved to have a statue.

According to ZDF sports and WELT, 1 German player was found to be involved in an international betting scandal that involves more than 135 players and a top30 player.

The Armenian Mafia

According to Eric Bisschop, Vice Prosecutor General of Belgium: β€œThis case is about the Armenian betting mafia network that has spread across seven countries in Europe and has been highly intelligent and cheated on a large scale.

This mafia is very structured, it has people who are responsible for the accounts, others who wash the money and those who make contact with the players.”

The names on the Social Media

Unfortunately, everyone is throwing names on social media. Obviously, these are totally unfair speculations and in order to preserve the reputation of tennis players, it would be important that the names of the people involved come to light as soon as possible.

We do not endorse these comments, we just share them to stress the mayhem that is causing this news and again the fact that the names need to come to light asap.
