Karolina Pliskova makes a big announcement as Dani Vallverdu will be her next coach. Earlier in the month, Karolina disclosed the split with Conchita Martinez (that will coach Garbine Muguruza) and she waited a couple of weeks to announce Dani as her new coach.

The Czech had a rather successful season that she ended as the world no.2. Even if she won 4 titles, she is still missing a major in her palmares. Dani can be decisive in helping Karoline to win this elusive slam as he has already coached top players such as Andy Murray, Tomas Berdych, Grigor Dimitrov, and Stan Wawrinka.

Karolina will start the preparation as soon as she ends her holiday with her inseparable husband. This was probably a great move for Pliskova.
