TOO FUNNY. Alexander Zverev tries to bribe umpire when playing Federer in Santiago

Zverev tried everything he could to win the exhibition match against Federer!

Sascha Zverev bribing the umpire

Alexander Zverev and Roger Federer are having a tasty tour in Latin American where they are scheduled to play in 5 cities in 7 days. This will be a great opportunity for the Swiss Maestro to reinforce his brand in the region and for Sascha to be introduced to the local fans.

The first match of the couple was in Santiago in Chile, where they received an incredible welcoming. It was Federer to win the contest 6-3 4-6 6-4, but Zverev gave his substantial contribution to entertaining the crowd.

During a contested point, the German had the “brilliant” idea to try to bribe the chair umpire that “of course” he was asking for more.

That’s exhibition stuff, but it’s fun! Next match: Buenos Aires.
