The Davis Cup Starts from 18th November to 24th November 2019. The competition will have Andy Murray make his much-anticipated return to this showpiece since 2016. Rafael Nadal is another high profiled player who will feature at the tournament as part of the Spanish tennis team.
Here is what you need to know about Davis Cup 2019
The Davis Cup will be hosted in Madrid, Spain, at the famous Caja Magica. A total of 18 teams will battle out for the title. They have been drawn in the following six groups:
Group A: France, Japan, Serbia Group B: Croatia, Russia, Spain Group C: Argentina, Chile, Germany Group D: Belgium, Colombia, Australia Group E: Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Great Britain Group F: Italy, Canada, United States
The teams in every group will play against each other in the best of three series format that involves two singles and doubles match.
The teams which accumulate most points in every group will qualify for the quarterfinals. The best runners-up teams will also be part of the last eight.
The quarter-finalist will face off in a sequence of matches with winners progressing to the semifinals and eventually into the final.

The quarterfinals will be held from 21st November to 22nd November. Winners will progress to the semifinals slated for 23rd November then final the final to be held on 24th November.
