She has faced and overcame some great players like Serena Williams, whom she defeated twice in the Rogers Cup quarterfinals and US open Final. And her meteoric rise in tennis has surprised, many including popular companies who are not only interested but also invest in this sport. The Canadian teenager has racked up endorsements with several firms such as BMW, Head, Nike, Copper, and Rolex, who offered her a lucrative.

Bianca Andreescu joins other exceptional athletes in the Rolex team

Rolex is one company that has a keen interest in top-performing athletes in various sports. The luxurious watch brand has a deal with the likes of Tiger Woods, Alain Hubbert, Maria Sharapova, Roger Federer, Caroline Wozniacki, Garbine Muguruza, and Bianca Andreescu being the latest athlete to join the Rolex bandwagon. Those athletes are paid handsomely for putting on a Rolex watch.

Andreescu expressed her joy for being part of the Rolex Team. “I got that Rolie on my wrist. It’s sick, it’s really cool. I’m not going to lie. It’s one of the best watch brands in the world. Being able to be a part of their team is truly incredible. Roger Federer is with them. Having my name amongst his in the books is pretty cool,’’ she said.

Bianca in Shenzhen for the WTA finals

The Canadian confirmed her deal with Rolex before her first group match against Simona Halep in Shenzhen. The Canadian was not only making her maiden appearance in WTA finals but also became the youngest ever tennis player to grace such an occasion.

Her first match on 28th October 2019 ended in a defeat against the Romanian player. Despite losing to the veteran, Bianca did stage an excellent performance. The Canadian will be facing Karolina Pliskova from the Czech Republic in her next match on 29th October 2019. She will be looking forward to overcoming the back issues experienced in her last game in order to be at her best during the next pool play match.
